Deactivation

Since MOBILedit Forensic can be linked to only one PC at a time, if you plan to move to a new PC or OS version, you will need to de-activate it on the previous one.

If you plan to reinstall your OS or move to another computer, you need to de-activate your license first. To de-activate your license, follow a few simple steps below:

1. On the home page go to Activation → Deactivate License → Confirm Deactivation.

2. Reactivate your license with the same key on a new computer.

Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet at the time when you want to deactivate the currently used Activation Key.
