Extraction without the Connector app

With MOBILedit Forensic it is possible to extract data from Android devices without installing the Connector application. This feature is useful when the Forensic connector can’t be installed, for example, on some Xiaomi devices.
To extract without installing the the connector, select the “skip” option when the info tab pops up:

Once the installation has been skipped and you would like to install the Connector app, disconnect the device using the ❌ button and connect it again:

Note: extraction without the Connector app will provide less data than with the connector and should only be used if necessary. The amount of retrievable data varies between different devices.
The Connector app has more permissions and can access more data.

You will not get 3rd party application data without the Connector app.
