How to add Activation Key purchased under my registered email

After acquiring an extra license tied to the email address registered on the MOBILedit User Portal, please take the following steps:

Log in to your portal account and, using the dropdown menu showing your email address, select “+Add license”.

Then enter your new license key and click “Add license”:

You will receive an email confirmation of your request.

There is a limit of 5 active requests per user at any one time.

If your initial registration on the User Portal was with a license activation key for MOBILedit Forensic single phone license or Standard editions, attempting to add a PRO or PRO+ license will result in an error as the system does not permit it.

To rectify this, please use the drop down menu showing your email address and select ”Edit profile”. You must then add your full address.
This is due to the sale and licensing of MOBILedit Forensic PRO and PRO+ being restricted.

After submitting a request, it has to be verified and approved by the MOBILedit team, you will receive a further email confirmation once this has been done. Verification can take up to 72 hours although in most cases, a few hours within office hours.

Once you receive the confirmation email, you can download the software installation package, updates, and forensic connector app relating to that license.

All Demo licenses must be registered. Demo licenses will be automatically removed from the license list once they have expired.
